AGROB an online platform where users can buy vast varieties of Agricultural, Home Gardening related products.

We work with various sellers across world and offer their products and services, in their own name and at AGROB. You can easily recognize these items by the fact that the name of the seller is displayed. You will receive the goods directly from the seller and the invoice from AGROB on behalf of the seller. The services and conditions of the respective seller apply.

Registering for your personal area is very easy. You can also register without ordering anything immediately. For this purpose, click simply on Log or Register. Then enter your email address and your chosen password and complete the registration.

As a welcome gift we will send you a 5% savings on your first order.

Absolutely! We also offer home and gardening related products online at our website. In the coming future, we will host a number of workshops and post facts related to agricultural on our social media pages.

If you have forgotten your password, just click on the “Forgot your password?” Link when registering. and enter your email address in the window that opens. Immediately afterwards you will receive an email from us in which you will find a link to change your password. Please click on this link or copy the URL into your browser to access the page. Now you can assign a new password for your customer account. Your old password only loses its validity once you have entered a new password.

Yes, under My Account (simply log in with your email address and password) you can view and check all personal information at any time. There you can, for example, track the current status of your orders via the shipment information, change your delivery address or email address and manage information services such as newsletters.

You cannot change the payment method or delivery address after submitting the order.

Credit Card/Debit Card

You can pay with VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit cards. Simply select Credit Card/Debit Card category as the payment method during the ordering process. With the latest encryption techniques, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and the 3D Secure process, we guarantee the highest level of security. All order and credit card details are only transmitted in encrypted form.

When ordering, we need the card number, the validity and the CVV number, you can also find this three- or four-digit number on bac side of your credit card. Secure payments thanks to extra protection We support Verified by VISA and the MasterCard SecureCode. The cardholder’s data is protected by an additional authentication. This means that misuse of your card data is almost impossible. When paying for purchases on the Internet, an additional query mask for your host bank opens. There you will be asked to enter your personal authentication code. The host bank verifies this code and approves the transaction.

 

Paypal

With PayPal, you can make cashless payments easily and securely. To use it, you must create a PayPal account first. Once the Paypal account is created you then pay by entering your email address and a password and you will receive a payment confirmation by email. Your order will then be processed immediately. If you return an ordered item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to your PayPal account.

No, unfortunately, we do not accept any payment on delivery. All the payments are done while placing an order.

You will be charged in Euros, INR, Dollars based upon the products listed currency.

The invoice will be stored for you under My Account . You will receive an email from AGROB as well as soon as you make an order online.

Yes, payments for orders from other sellers must be made directly to the seller and not to AGROB. You will find all the information about payment on the seller’s invoice, which will be sent to you by email.

Shipping

All our orders are currently been shipped in throughout European countries and India. We will soon be expanding to other Asian and North American countries.

It depends upon location to location, but usually all orders are delivered within 3-4 weeks.

Yes, some of our partners offer express delivery with additional charges. You can choose this option while purchasing any products online from our website.

You can log in to your AGROB account and click on “order status” to see the current status of the order. If you know your order number, you can click on the respective Delivery Partners’ of AGROB and track your shipments details from their sites.

Our final product price is inclusive of all the applicable taxes and shipping charges.

On the AGROB marketplace, all sellers offer their goods at their own prices and conditions, i.e. completely independently of AGROB. The services, terms and conditions of the respective seller therefore always applies. And if you have ordered two items from two different sellers, each seller will calculate their respective shipping costs.

Return Policy

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at  agrobteam@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  You can always contact us for any return question at agrobteam@gmail.com

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you wish to cancel the order, you can log into the account and click on “cancel the order”. Once the order is returned to the seller, your payment will be refunded to the same payment mode and bank within 10 working days.

Returns are only free if the products are damaged. We recommend you to get I touch with our customer care team at agrobteam@gmail.com.

Based upon the city & country, order returns can take upto 3-4 weeks. Our customer support team will try to speed up the process and they are available for your queries that you may have.

Other questions

Yes, we do. Please sign up to the reference code to receive the coupon codes. Coupons Your invoice will be automatically reduced by the amount of the voucher. This can also be seen in the cost statement in the lower area of your shopping cart. Please note the information on vouchers on your invoice. You can only redeem a voucher once within the period of validity.

Warranty varies from product to product and is defined by the sellers/vendors on our website. We recommend viewing the detailed product description before ordering the products.
